31 Nights of Halloween: Night 6

It called to Samone and summoned her near
It bellowed and roared and hollered her name
The demon that sought her, whispered with fear
Speaking of prophecies of ancient game
Monsters and creatures, beastly sights untamed
Rumblings and remnants of forgotten lore
The demon waited, bleeding for true fame
He wanted to watch all Samone’s blood pour
Starving for power, hungry to the core
But Samone was the greatest and much more


*Decuain: (pronounced deck won), is a 10 line poem form created by Shelley A. Cephas. The convention is iambic pentameter (10 syllables), and there are 3 choices of rhyme schemes: ababbcbcaa or ababbcbcbb or ababbcbccc.
